Practice is on ! Hopefully we will get practice in for both groups. The 11- 18 yr old practice will end by 7:15.

No practice tomorrow- bad weather

No practice on Friday

MONDAY- we are at HAC for practice and SwimPro will be set up in the downstairs room for swimmers to purchase team suits!  I'll send out information about the suits later. Caps are on order right now.

Practice is on for tonight. Parks and Recreation has not cancelled activities . The weather is always unpredictable this time of year so we do the best that we can.
Practice
5-6 p.m  swimmers who are 10 years of age and younger will practice- there will be a few 11 year old swimmers who have younger siblings swimming.
6- 7:30 p.m. swimmers who are 11- 18 years of age will practice.

Bring a towel, goggles and you may want to bring dry clothes for after practice.

2014 Season

Registration has begun!

Dates to remember:
 First practice   May 27, 2014 at Kings Landing Pool

Swim suit purchase- June 2, 2014 at HAC
       more information to follow. Practice will be held at HAC on June 2,2014

Practice begins May 27, 2014

5- 6 p.m.  8 and unders and 9-10 yr old swimmers
6- 7:30 p.m.  11-18 yr old swimmers

This schedule will remain the same until June 13,2014

Summer Practice Schedule

Monday - Friday

  9 - 10:30 am     11- 18 yr. olds

10:30 - 11:30 am   8 and under and 9-10


Wednesday evening   5-6 pm  8 and under and 9-10
                               6- 7:30 11- 18 yr. olds


Thursday evening      6:30- 7: 45 pm  for those who can't attend Friday morning practice.

The night before the first meet

Swimmers- pack you bags tonight. Make sure you have your suit and goggles packed plus extra towels and a sweatshirt, warm-up pants and sun block.

I have the caps packed for tomorrow and I have some suits that swimmers ordered.

Bring drinks- everyone should be drinking some kind of sports drink or water after warm up and each event you swim. Bring some snacks also.

Parents- you will want to bring chairs to sit on during the meet.


Line- up - each week the line up will change as we have different swimmers on vacation and I will place swimmers in different events. 


Tomorrow , my family begins our 9th year of summer swim league. 9 years of not sleeping in on Saturday mornings, wet towels, stinky feet , lost goggles and also the good times with the swimmers and their parents and of course , watching the kids swim.
