Divisional Meet and more

What a great day for the swimmers at Divisionals.  We had many records broken and every swimmer made it possible for the Kings Landing Lionfish to finish in 1st place at the meet.  We finished 3rd in our division which is not bad for our first year in Division B.  PMSL uses a point system to determine the standings in the division. Our combined record of 2-3 and our win today broke the tie for third place with Fort Washington.

Kings Landing Lionfish also won the Saum/Hilton Memorial Award for most improved swim team in Division B.  Thank you to every swimmer who swam in 2 or more meets this summer.  Speaking of awards- I will be at Kings Landing this week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9-10:30. Please stop by the pool if you are able to pick up ribbons, and t-shirts that were ordered and medals for 1-6 place finish from the divisional meet.

All- Star Meet- I should find out late tomorrow evening who is going to All-Stars.
